Can't wait to see your examples Ian. They were made without any branding or logos for distribution by various toy companies so can be found marketed in window boxes and blister cards with obscure names, although 'NEWBRIGHT' who released examples were quite active in the toys market.

Here is a Newbright blistered Mini Cooper.

Well Kevin, I was all organised to get things done at work this morning and left my phone and camera at home! So far I've found two blistered and 4 loose examples. I have them all recorded as being Fleetwood Toys (US) but manufactured in HK. Found 1 blistered and one loose Jaguar Mk X in grey, ditto Ford Zodiac in red, 1 loose Vauxhall 101 in dark blue, and one Ford Cortina Estate in green with "wood" side panels. I'm sure I have blistered examples of them also. All purchased 2008/2009 - the blisters are marked "972-67 Made in Hong Kong" and "Fleetwood Toys Inc, NYC, NY" along the bottom of the card, with a Fleetwood logo on the white background inside the blister area.

I'll try to find the others tonight and upload some photos tomorrow...

Great picture Ian, seeing the model out of box takes me right back to the 1960,s when I had my example of the Cortina estate and having the Gorgi original was great fun comparing them and even then wondering why the plastic version exists.

I also had the Rover, Vauxhall and the Jaguar Mk10 which only in the past few Years have I been able to put back into my ownership.
